PRE-TEENS FITNESS

This program is specifically designed to suit children between the ages of 7 and 12. Our aim is to help develop strength, fitness, co-ordination and team work skills.

Participants will engage in exercises such as running, skipping, squatting, push ups, etc - with a focus on learning correct movement mechanics to protect their growing bones and muscles. All exercises can be scaled to suit an individual’s capability level. Each session is programmed and lead by one of our highly qualified and experienced coaches.

Sessions run in line with the school term on Tuesday & Thursday 4:00pm - 5:00pm. Your one-off sign up fee covers the entire 10 Week Term.

TEENS WEIGHTLIFTING

These sessions are programmed for children aged from 13 - 17 years and lead by our head coach and weightlifting master, Coach Bryce.

Olympic Weightlifting is a niche sport and primarily involves two movements: Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Both are relatively complex barbell movements which help develop strength, power and co-ordination. Coach Bryce will teach all participants the fundamentals of these movements first, to ensure they are moving safely and effectively, before progressing them into more complex movements. All exercises can be scaled to suit an individual’s capability level, so no prior experience is required.

Sessions run in line with the school term on Monday & Wednesday 4:00pm - 5:00pm. We have two options for sign up: $250 for the full 10 Week Term or $175 for a 10 Visit Pass (note: passes cannot be used for any other session type).

8 Week Block Sign-Up

TEENS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This program is designed for participants aged 13 - 17 years. All levels and abilities are welcome.

Over our 8-week training block, participants will build their athletic capacity and learn how to effectively execute workouts to suit their goals. Our aim is to help participants increase their functional strength, learn correct lifting technique, improve cardiovascular endurance, speed and agility; plus develop general athletic performance.

Sessions are run Tuesday & Thursday 4:00pm - 5:00pm. Each 8-week block will be scheduled in line with the school term and will typically begin in the second week of the term.

HOLIDAY PROGRAMS

During each of the school holiday breaks, we will typically hold a holiday program for both of our Pre-Teens and Teen programs. These holiday sessions will include similar activities to our regularly scheduled youth programs and are open to children of all experience and fitness levels.

Pre-Teens Fitness is designed for kids aged 7 - 12 years old and runs for one week only. Sessions are held Tuesday & Thursday 4:00pm - 5:00pm. This one-week training block is $50 per child.

Teens Strength & Conditioning is designed for kids aged 13 - 17 years and runs for two weeks. Sessions are held Tuesday & Thursday 4:00pm - 5:00pm. This two-week training block is $100 per child.
