    Learn to master all of your favourite gymnastics skills, under the watchful eye of our talented, knowledgeable and experienced gymnastics specialist, Kip Kemei. These sessions are typically offered in 6-week blocks and will focus on specified skills during each block.

    We are lucky enough to be able to have a full-time Exercise Physiologist onsite from Monday - Friday. Exercise Physiology is the perfect tool for anyone needing assistance with managing injuries, physical limitations, and/or chronic conditions.
