Do I need to be experienced or fit to join your gym?
Absolutely not! Hybrid Performance Training Townsville caters to the beginner, right through to the elite athlete. We also cater to children and teens with our youth programs, right through to more senior participants with our Silver Strength programs.
Do I need to do any onboarding before signing up?
Not at all! We ensure our classes are adaptable for all fitness and experiences levels. Simply chat to our coaches upon arrival if you have any concerns with specific movements or if you have an injury you need to work around.
Alternatively, if you’d like a little more guidance before jumping into classes, you’re welcome to book a Personal Training session to address any concerns. This can be done by sending us an email.
Do you have a creche?
Unfortunately, we do not have a creche. However, we do encourage members to contact us regarding childcare options.
If I sign-up to a direct debit membership, is it a lock-in contract?
Absolutely not! Cancel or suspend your membership at any time by emailing our administrative team.
Is your gym a 24/7 facility?
We are not a 24/7 gym. Our opening hours are:
MONDAY - FRIDAY
5am - 10:30am, 3:30pm - 7pm (on Fridays we close at 6pm)
SATURDAY
5:30am - 8am
Please note these hours are subject to change and will vary on public holidays.
Do you have Open Gym?
Yes! While our classes do take priority, members are welcome to do their own workouts in the “open gym” area or anywhere not being utilised by our classes. Simply ask one of our friendly coaches if you’re unsure what you can and cannot use.
